The scholarship provided by the Romanian government is one of the best scholarships.
First of all you get a free education and in addition you have to cover all living and accommodation expenses.
To apply for the scholarship you are required to have
1. A high school diploma if you want a bachelor's or a university degree if you want a master's.
2. Picture your birthday tea
3. CV and motivation letter.
